ROLE SUMMARY
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to drive Own Door's growth by winning new client partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact for existing clients on day-to-day matters. This is a dual mandate: you'll be out front generating new business, and you'll be the steady hand resolving client queries, coordinating vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly across our partner portfolio.

Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM, Night Shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development
• Identify, prospect, and pursue new client partnerships
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Pitch Own Door's service offering, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations through to close
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify recent growth opportunities
• Report pipeline status and business development metrics to leadership on a regular cadence

Client Relationship & Query Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client partners on operational queries across their property portfolios
• Triage and resolve issues raised by clients — spanning maintenance, tenant concerns, billing, and general operations — within defined escalation paths
