Role Description The Assistant Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position supports the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and repair work,



implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards and procedures. The role involves coordinating with operations and other departments to minimize downtime, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices. The Assistant Maintenance Manager also assists in managing maintenance teams, contractors, spare parts inventory, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
