Job Description Company: Broadwings Location: Bangalore Experience: 3+ Years | Preferred 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Broadwings is looking for a highly driven Investor Advisor with strong market knowledge, investment expertise, sales acumen and client acquisition capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience handling HNI/UHNI clients, preferably with a ₹30–50 Cr+ client book/AUM , and a proven track record of achieving business and investment targets. Key Responsibilities Analyse equity markets, sectors, companies and macroeconomic trends to identify investment opportunities. Provide well-researched and suitable investment recommendations based on client objectives and risk profiles. Advise clients across Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, REITs/InvITs and Alternative Investments . Drive current client acquisition through networking, referrals, prospecting and relationship building. Build, manage and expand HNI/UHNI client relationships and AUM.



Cross-sell and up-sell relevant investment products to existing clients. Conduct portfolio reviews and provide market/investment insights. Achieve AUM, revenue, sales and client acquisition targets consistently. Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients. Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal investment teams. Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Equity Research, Portfolio Management or Financial Services. ₹30–50 Cr+ existing client book/AUM exposure preferred. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and business targets . In-depth knowledge of Indian equity and financial markets. Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio construction. Strong sales, client acquisition and relationship management skills.
