We are looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Call Centre Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.

Explain services, offers and promotions to customers.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.

Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.

Qualifications

Candidates with any qualification having valuable communication skills.

Knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu will be an advantage.
