Project: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is a pioneering real estate and wellness development company focused on building integrated wellness communities. With projects like Ridhira Zen, the organization is redefining luxury living by combining wellness, nature, and technology to create future-ready residential ecosystems.

The Head of Sales – Ridhira Zen will lead the overall sales strategy, execution, and revenue generation for the project. This role requires a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in luxury real estate, villa sales, high-value residential projects, and channel partner networks .

The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding channel partnerships, and achieving aggressive revenue targets .

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute the sales strategy for Ridhira Zen to achieve project revenue targets.

Drive direct sales, channel partner sales, and international sales initiatives .





Create cutting-edge sales campaigns and pricing strategies aligned with market demand.

Track and monitor sales pipeline, closures, and revenue performance .

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team including closing managers and pre-sales teams.

Define sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.

Conduct regular training and coaching to improve conversion rates and productivity.

Channel Partner Management

Develop and expand a strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers .

Build strategic alliances with top real estate advisory firms and broker networks .

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure .

Ensure exceptional customer experience and relationship management .

Market Intelligence

Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies .

Provide insights to leadership on product positioning and sales opportunities .
