Role Overview

We are hiring an Infrastructure Support Specialist to coordinate operations and support senior engineers, while handling standard technical tasks independently.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Act as main coordination point between support teams and infra experts

Track incidents, requests, and ensure resolution follow-up

Perform technical operations:

VM provisioning and lifecycle ( VMware )

Admin of Linux & Windows environments

Monitoring and alert handling ( Nagios / Grafana )

Handle Level 2 support autonomously

Manage:

Patch deployment and upgrades

Vulnerability remediation (Tenable)





Support operations on:

Fortinet firewalls

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

Perform basic troubleshooting on:

AD / DNS / domain issues

Web services ( Apache, Nginx )

Databases ( MySQL, SQL Server )

Maintain documentation and suggest improvements

️ Required Skills

Strong experience with:

Active Directory, DNS, domain management

Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025

Linux (RedHat, Debian)

VMware

Good knowledge of:

Apache, Nginx

MySQL / SQL Server

Monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana)

Understanding of:

Firewall (Fortinet)

Vulnerability tools (Tenable)

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

Scripting (PowerShell / Bash) is a plus

~5+ years experience in infra / sysadmin
