About Fintechy
Fintechy is an agentic AI and full-stack engineering company headquartered in Current York City, with offices in Canada and India. We build production software for growing businesses in Finance, Healthcare, and Retail across North America.
You'll sell two things:
- Agentic AI & product development. Autonomous agents, AI-native workflows, and full-stack builds from idea to running product, client-owned. Our sister product, Blackbee AI, is live with paying customers.
- Accounting services. Recurring finance and accounting operations, our longest-standing practice.

We are engineers first. Clients feel the results in weeks, not quarters.
The role
We're hiring our founding sales leader. You'll be based in Chennai and sell into North American markets, working directly with the founder. As revenue scales, this role converts to Head of Sales, and that path is written into the offer.
This is a founding-seller role built around four things: generating leads, closing deals, building the team, and owning the number.
