About the Department:
The Finance Operations department in the company handles all the financial and investment decisions. It primarily focuses on maximizing shareholder value through long-term and short-term financial planning and the implementation of various strategies. It aims to maximize the value of a business through the planning and execution of resources.

The Role & Responsibilities
The Senior Associate - Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable will support and drive day-to-day execution across vendor management, invoice processing, payment governance, reimbursements, accruals, month-end close activities,



controls, reporting, and P2P transformation initiatives. The role requires robust accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, analytical ability, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work with Procurement, Legal, HODs, Treasury, Corporate Finance, IT, vendors, and internal business teams.
The individual will contribute to building a scalable, controlled, dashboard-led, and automation-oriented P2P operating model. This includes supporting SOPs, checklists, work instructions, fraud-prevention controls, vendor KYC, payment cycle discipline, automated accruals, approval tracking, dashboards, RPA/AI use cases, and process improvements that enable faster close, better accuracy, improved compliance, and reduced manual effort.
