Position Overview

H.B. Fuller seeks a Senior Scientist I, Engineering Adhesives to lead innovation, technology strategy, and product development for Reactive Adhesives (Epoxy, MMA, Anaerobic) and/or MS/STP and Silicone platforms. Based in Shirwal, India, this role drives the innovation roadmap, leads complex development programs, and supports commercialization of new technologies. The position serves as a technical leader,



partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver market-driven solutions and sustainable business growth.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead product, process, and technology innovation programs using Stage Gate methodology
- Identify market opportunities through customer, industry, and competitive analysis
- Drive commercialization, scale-up, and technology transfer to manufacturing
- Provide advanced technical support for key customer projects and escalations
- Build and maintain intellectual property through patents and proprietary technologies
- Mentor scientists and engineers to strengthen technical capabilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science with 12+ years of experience;
