About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer to design, build and own the CI/CD, automation and platform infrastructure behind a large-scale enterprise platform delivered for a global automotive client.
- The Sr. DevOps Engineer will work as part of a distributed onsite/offshore team, partnering daily with US-based technical leads, developers and QA to make releases fast, repeatable and low-risk — owning pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containerized deployments and observability end to end.
- What You Will Do
- Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines end to end, owning build, test, packaging, promotion and deployment across all environments.
- Automate everything that is currently manual — releases, workplace provisioning, configuration, routine operational tasks — using scripting (Bash, Python, Groovy) and pipeline-as-code.
- Define and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and/or Ansible, applying version control,



peer review and repeatable environment builds.
- Build, deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including Helm charts, rollout and rollback strategy, resource tuning and cluster troubleshooting.
- Administer, harden and tune Linux environments, and manage networking, storage and access at the platform level.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog or Splunk) so problems are detected and diagnosed before users report them.
- Troubleshoot, root-cause and resolve build failures, deployment failures and production incidents, driving permanent fixes rather than workarounds.
- Manage secrets, credentials and environment configuration securely (Vault or equivalent), and embed security and quality scanning into the pipeline.
