Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
Diagnose and swiftly resolve technical issues system, network, and hardware related.
Support rollouts of new applications and manage inventories and hardware replacements.
Provide explicit and effective technical support to staff, both remotely and on-site.
Document resolutions, maintain logs, and ensure systems are updated and accessible.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience.
In-depth understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Proven ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong multitasking skills and calm under pressure.
Excellent communication to articulate technical solutions in user-friendly terms.
