1. Leadership & Team Management:
o Lead, manage, and mentor the business development team to achieve performance
targets.

o Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions.
2. Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and
growth.
o Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
o Create actionable plans for lead generation and customer acquisition.

o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential
clients.
o Conduct meetings and negotiations with high-level decision-makers.

o Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
o Analyze data and market reports to identify growth opportunities.

o Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to align business
development efforts with company goals.
