Summary:

UST is looking for an experienced Senior System Analyst with strong expertise in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Requirement Engineering, and Enterprise Application Delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting, and managing business and system requirements while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Experience in US Healthcare, Healthcare Payer & Claims, Business Process Management (BPM), and Agile methodologies is highly preferred.

and ensuring successful solution delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
