Essential Job Functions:
- Support the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, methodologies, standards, and governance practices across projects and programs.




- Assist in the development and maintenance of project management templates, tools, and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate project planning activities, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Consolidate, prepare, and distribute regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries tailored to different stakeholder levels.
- Maintain centralized repositories for project documentation, ensuring proper version control, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment between project teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, project management processes, and organizational policies.
- Organize, schedule, and support key project meetings.
- Support the use and administration of project management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI dashboard
