About the Role:
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience in a digital
agency environment. The candidate will work closely with the client servicing team to
design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, and campaign
visuals.
• Create platform-specific designs aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with client servicing team to understand briefs and deliver within
timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Adapt creatives based on feedback and campaign requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts / Applied Arts / Commercial Arts or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital or social media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva AI,
etc.).
• Solid understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform dimensions.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
