(Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)KRA1Ensure the applications are processed in the team as per SLA’s in order to achieve the company target.1. To Underwrite all cases as per limits assigned as per defined limit
2. Ensure other cases are assigned to the team and are completed by within the defined TATs.
3. Monitor the team productivity on regular basis & take appropriate actions to improvise in case of lapses.
4. Ensure all branch queries are replied before we close for the day.
5. Ensure the equitable work distribution to the team.
6. Conduct regular Reviews and audits in order to keep a check on the quality & ensure the consistency in the decision and mitigate risk.KRA2Facilitate smooth completion of recent business & Reinstatement cases.1. Reply to all the queries of the external & internal clients, follow-up on the critical cases & resolve the escalated cases on priority.
2. Provide the input to the sales team to help them login the right business with proper documents for faster completion.KRA3P
