Job Purpose
Optimize the Bank's operating costs through analytics and reporting. Ensure accurate cost reporting and control mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Analytics
Review expenses monthly and quarterly by category and cost center; Design reporting architecture and perform expense variance analysis; Consolidate and validate provisions and budgets; Identify cost drivers and create frameworks linking drivers to incurred costs; Reporting - Structured Reports/Adhoc Reports; Consolidate cost data and allocate expenses; Publish cost reports on Tableau and unit-wise reports; Maintain utilities like area allocation and cost code architecture; Perform data sanity checks and resolve queries from branches and units.

CA/MBA.
