As a Senior Research Analyst, you will lead innovation research studies from initial setup through final presentation, turning consumer and market data into actionable business insights. You’ll manage study execution, fieldwork coordination, data quality, analysis, and client-ready storytelling. The role combines hands-on analytical work with direct client communication and consulting. You’ll help translate business questions into research approaches and compelling recommendations. You’ll also coach junior analysts and contribute to stronger processes, tools, and quality standards across the team. Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation research projects,



from commissioning and study setup through analysis and final presentation.
Prepare questionnaires, concept boards, sample specifications, and other study inputs while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Manage fieldwork progress, monitor timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure studies are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Conduct detailed data quality checks, apply analytical plans, and integrate relevant in-market data to strengthen findings and recommendations.
Develop clear, insight-led reports and presentations tailored to client objectives and business questions.
Manage day-to-day client communication, addressing questions and providing clarity around research design, methodology, and results.
Present findings through compelling data-driven storytelling, translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
