Your primary role will be to orchestrate the Hero Vired Learners' Placement Journey, ensuring their success in every step. Your mission is to actively engage learners in career-building activities and facilitate their smooth transition into the qualified world.
Your Tasks:
- Seamlessly map each learner's journey, from start to finish, guaranteeing their preparedness at every stage.
- Oversee learners' progress both quantitatively and qualitatively. Identify areas for enhancement, strategize to improve learning outcomes, and track their advancement.
- Collaborate and synchronize efforts with internal teams including career readiness and corporate divisions. This alignment will fortify learner goals, ensuring comprehensive support.
