Job Summary:

Ad Platforms is responsible for Disney’s industry-leading ad technology and products – driving advertising performance, innovation, and value in Disney’s sports, news, and entertainment content, across all media platforms.
The Ad Serving Engineering division, situated within Disney Entertainment and ESPN, oversees the creation and operational excellence of our distributed, high-performance Digital Advertising Platform. This microservice-oriented infrastructure handles the validation, distribution, and monitoring of digital ad campaigns—spanning VOD, Live TV, and interactive formats—across global Disney properties like Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+.
Furthermore, these teams partner on essential components including impression tracking, ad experience orchestration, and anti-fatigue logic. Our mandate extends to deep integrations with services governing entitlements, targeting precision, ad selection, and seamless third-party connectivity. As Manager of Software Engineering,



you will apply your deep technical knowledge and skills to help us deliver scalable, performant, maintainable, loosely coupled, encapsulated, and testable software.
