Key responsibilities:
- To carry out preventive Maintenance of equipment as per SOP.
- To carry out shut down maintenance of plant equipment as per SOP.
- To attend the breakdown of plant Equipment.
- To carry out routine maintenance activity in the plant.
- To execute & track the maintenance work request (MWR) system.
- To execute /Co-ordinate the modification and project work in the plant.
- Responsibilities as “Reliever” to “Colleagues” of the department.
- Compliance to safety procedure, cGMP & SOPs.
- To maintain the document of maintenance work as per the requirement.
- Coordination with the activities of colleagues.
- To attend all trainings related to the job role.
- For Issuance of material from Engineering Stores.
- To follow the safety & maintenance work permit system during execution work.
- To follow the shift schedule.
- To maintain housekeeping in the respective area.
- To provide the proper supervision of ongoing jobs and provide tech. support to colleagues along with safety & maintenance work permit system
- To maintain the inventory for proper maintenance and project execution.
- To ensure timely closure of audit and safety observations, timely closure of implementation of CAPA and submission of required investigation report.
