Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment in the freeze drying plant.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in freeze dryers, compressors, vacuum pumps, and refrigeration systems.
Maintain electrical panels, MCCs, VFDs, motors, transformers, and lighting systems.
Assist in PLC and HMI troubleshooting for plant equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment reliability.
Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Follow electrical safety procedures, including LOTO and permit-to-work systems.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of recent electrical equipment.
Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Monitor utility systems and report any abnormalities.
