? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–8 software engineers
• Own high-quality and timely software delivery
• Design and develop scalable applications using Microservices architecture
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, debugging and troubleshooting
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, QA and Database teams
• Drive engineering best practices across architecture, coding, testing and documentation
• Plan and monitor sprint activities and product releases
• Mentor, groom and develop team members
• Participate in hiring,
appraisals and career development
• Drive practical adoption of AI-assisted engineering tools
• Establish governance around AI-generated code, security, maintainability, licensing and data privacy
