Job Title: B2B Sales Coordinator / Executive – Contract Manufacturing Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Department: Business Development / Sales Reporting To: Head – Business Development Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in the Contract Manufacturing (Private Label / OEM) segment. The role involves identifying potential clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to strategic expansion across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and writing skills, sound commercial understanding, and detailed working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools for reporting, presentations, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation  Identify and approach potential B2B clients in FMCG, Food Processing, Retail, and Private Label segments.  Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, trade exhibitions, and digital platforms.



 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective contract manufacturing clients. Client Relationship Management  Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product capability discussions.  Understand client requirements, specifications, and commercial expectations.  Coordinate with internal teams (R&D;, Production, Quality, Costing) for proposal development. Proposal & Documentation  Prepare qualified proposals, quotations, costing sheets, and presentations.  Draft formal business communications, emails, and follow-up documents.  Maintain accurate sales records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools. Sales Execution  Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.  Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets.  Support onboarding and smooth handover to operations post order confirmation.
