EDUCATION
• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
• Degree in Computer Science or Operations or Business / Management or Finance related fields.

WORK EXPERIENCE




• Demonstrated professional and leadership experience
• Proven experience in Finance and/or Business Management
• Previous work at a financial services firm preferred
• Experience working with budgets, planning, and appropriations business cycles.
• Communication experience, both written and verbal, at a large team scale.
• Leadership experience in conducting working sessions, facilitating focus groups, driving team meetings and process improvement sessions etc.
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Robust skills in risk assessment analysis and a solid understanding of business and financial markets
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and an ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to analyze risk trends, identify and project signs of changing risk levels
• Deep understanding of respective business area and its inherent risk
• Solid understanding and planning skills in all aspects of the system's/business p
