Job title:- Crew member.
The job is for position in any restaurant across North and East regions of India. The McDonald’s restaurants in North and East are owned and operated by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. McDonald’s has close to 160 restaurants in the region providing direct employment to more than 5,000 people.

Description:- What does a crew member do?
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favourite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
· Keep the restaurant Clean and look fantastic mop + broom + dusting and other cleaning activities as per requirement)





All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a quick-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.

Minimum criteria:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.
- You must be 12th pass.

Hiring process: 1 round of interview with the Restaurant Manager, followed by an OJE and if found fit they are hired.

Career development path for crew: They join as crew, based on performance then get promoted to crew trainer, shift Manager, 2nd Assistant, 1st Assistant and the RM. This is at the store level.
