Job Purpose
· Spearheading Business Development and Sales function for Telecom Solutions Business for Defence and Armed Forces
Job Responsibilities
· Primarily Responsible for leading Sales and Revenue generation in Defence accounts including Business Development and Accounts Management activities ensuring Order Book, Margins, Sales and Collection in line with monthly and annual targets.
· Enabling Sales by building a meaningful and quantifiable pipeline, opening high-level conversations, qualifying opportunities, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals on time
· Conceptualizing and implementing growth strategies for Defence including appointment of channel partners, end customer approvals, market based execution model, developing strategic partnership towards long term business sustainability.




· Responsible for proactively realigning Go-To-Market strategy by identifying evolving business trends at an early stage.
· Responsible for building APAR brand and Customer Satisfaction in Defence accounts.
· Responsible for enabling Events, Conferences, Seminars ,trainings etc
· Closely work with Cross Functional Leaders to meet or exceed companies objectives through strategic and business transformation initiatives.
Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements
· B.Sc./B.Com./B.Tech and MBA - Marketing
· 12 - 15 Years of relevant experience in Telecom products sales in Defence.
· Preferred age – 32 - 40 Years
· Ideal Candidate should have in-depth understanding of Optical Fiber Cables and/or Telecom products market landscape in Defence, and proven experience in defining current account penetration strategies, creating joint GTM plans with alliance partners, as well as bringing rich experience and potential clients
· Excellent Relationship and Connects in the account shall be an added advantage
