Job purpose

Providing all defined necessary support related to center operational issues.consider ANM staff

Duties and responsibilities
- To organize outreach activities and coordinate with stakeholders and key personnels
- Door to door mobilization and outdoor campaigns
- To manage centers and operations for assigned ceneter/district and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports.
- Connect with local leaders and Self Help Groups for their support for awareness
- Regular follow-up with patients with identified non-communicable diseases
- Hands On MS Excel Skills
- Behavioural Competencies: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills and Analytical Skills

Authorities
- Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services

Qualifications / Certifications

· condier ANM
· Minimum 2 years’ work experience
- Familiarity with basics of MS Office (preferable)
- Experienced in field visits
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Positive interpersonal skills

Working conditions
- Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities.
