- Capable of handling LT panels, DGs, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, Fire alarm system
- Routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure equipments
- Knowledge of BMS
- Day to day technical infrastructure operations
- Liaison with MSEDCL, Tata power, Reliance power & other service providers to monitor and coordinate during outages
- Vendor coordination & valuable negotiation skill
- Contributing to finding problem solutions and process improvements
- Documentation, control process & procedures related to infrastructure management.
- Good knowledge on MS excel, word, power point and Visio
- Good communication skill
- Should work as a team & backfill other team members during leave
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of treasury, trade or cash management services
- Ability to work in high pressured environment and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with account opening, product or service documentation an advantage
