Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): - Lead and manage the midmarket sales team to exceed sales targets - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals - Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly - Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules,



and discount rates - Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives - Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals - Analyse and control expenditures of the department to conform to budgetary requirements - Assist other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and technical publications Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Have: - 6-9 years of experience in a similar role - Proven track record in field sales and team handling - Expertise in merchant acquisition and recent merchant onboarding - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
