Position - Lab Manager – Quality Management

What we want you to do :

Operational & Process Management

Oversee and manage day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all departments.

Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, workflows, and operational policies to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Supervise and coordinate with biomedical engineers, ensuring proper functioning, calibration,



and preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment.

Collaborate with R&D;, Bioinformatics, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment of lab operations with project timelines and data quality goals.

Ensure strict adherence to biochemical waste management, biosafety and biosecurity practices within the laboratory.

Quality Management

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with NABL/ISO or other relevant accreditation standards.

Oversee internal quality control (IQC), external quality assurance (EQA), and audit preparedness.

Manage documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.

Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for all non-conformities.

Ensure continuous training and competency assessments for lab personnel to maintain technical excellence.

People Management & Team Leadership
