Job Title: Power System Protection Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Power System Protection Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and implement protection schemes for power plants and substations.
 Scheme checking, Panel Functional check.
 Conduct relay coordination studies and develop settings for various protective relays.
 Perform fault analysis and system stability studies.
 Troubleshoot and resolve protection system issues in a timely manner.
 Prepare technical documentation, including reports and presentations.
 Participate in field testing and commissioning of protection systems.
 Configure and maintain protective relays, including setting parameters based on system requirements.

Required Skills:
 A strong knowledge in Line Distance Protection, Transformer Protection, Feeder Protection, and Busbar Protection is mandatory.



Additional protection skills are considered an add-on.
 Candidates must possess mandatory skills in protection relays configuration and testing for at least one of the following OEMs' relays: (GE, Siemens, Hitachi/ABB, Schneider Electric, SEL).
 Proficient in operating testing kits similar to CMC, demonstrating strong knowledge of their functionalities and applications.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
 Master of Engineering (M.E) in Power Systems.
