Role Purpose

STL (Sterlite Technologies Ltd) are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth in the Datacenter business.
Comprehensive IP support to Data Centre business. It involves working closely with the engineering teams on all IP matters.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Freedom-to-Operate studies for current and ongoing projects.
2. Develop and maintain a patent portfolio aligned with business priorities.
3. Track competitor IP activities and provide strategic insights.
4. Collaborate with R&D; teams to ensure IP compliance and protection.

Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or Science
2. Expert in freedom-to-operate searches and analysis
3. Experience in Infringement searches
4. 2-3 years of experience in intellectual property management
5. Strong knowledge of patent law, IP risk clearance, and patent portfolio development
6. Strong analytical and communication skills
