Job Description
Our company is looking for a NetSuite Systems Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain the NetSuite system configuration, including system security, data integrity, customized fields, and workflows;
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation for Financial Applications and Processes, which use, but not limited to, NetSuite;
· Effectively partner with Managed Services Providers for resolution of production issues;
· Design, develop, test and deploy NetSuite modules and enhancements, build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs;
· Exhibit passion about Data Integrity, Data Modelling and Data governance;
· Manage requests for recent NetSuite features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests;
· Manage requests for new features or functionality, and assist with the prioritization of these requests;
· Assist end users in saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to meet operational needs, support month-end & quarter-end close procedures;

Requirements:
· NetSuite Community Enthusiast and Contributor;
· Expertise on Record-to-Report, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, and Reporting processes within NetSuite.
· Javascript experience (highly desirable).
· 2-3 years hands-on experience with ERP systems, including 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with NetSuite.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is required.
· Familiarity using collaborative tools like Teams, Sharepoint, Jira and/or Confluence.
· Certified SuiteCloud Developer (highly desirable).
· NetSuite Certified – preferably at the Administrator or Consultant level.
· Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, NetSuite Customizations, Saved Searches.
· Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, Sales and Busin
