Job Purpose
Achieve business volumes in wholesale and retail for the respective zone. Manage multiple verticals, ensure profitability, and drive overall strategy while maintaining customer retention and service excellence.

Business Numbers
Achieve targeted business volume at given WIRR and CoA.
Meet individual targets across all verticals.
Distribution
Ensure Distribution responsibilities are completed.
BDP
Ensure BDP responsibilities are completed.
PDDs
Ensure PDDs responsibilities are completed.
TAT/FTNR
Ensure files are disbursed within TAT and FTNR limits.
Third Party Income
Achieve monthly targets for insurance revenue, FD, CASA, and CC sourcing.
Relationship
Ensure Relationship responsibilities are completed.
Inventory
Ensure Inventory responsibilities are completed.
Collections
Ensure Collections responsibilities are completed.
Productivity
Maintain proper distribution mix across channels.
Achieve business growth and cost advantage in current geographies.
Maintain agreed market share percentage.
Operate as a profit center and contribute to PBT.
Ensure PDDs outstanding post 90 days are within benchmarks.
Build and maintain relationships with DSA, DDSA, branch banking teams, and regional OEM offices.
Ensure inventory coverage at major dealerships.
Achieve 20% retail conversions from dealerships using inventory limits.
Conduct monthly reviews with collections to control cheque bouncing and early delinquency.
Manage overall portfolio health.
Maintain benchmark productivity for the zone.
Human Resource
Motivate and train the team for higher challenges.
Ensure minimum attrition.
