Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full software development lifecycle — from design and development to maintenance and upgrades
- Build robust, scalable solutions using Cake PHP (v2.4+) and Core PHP
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret technical and functional requirements
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Drive continuous improvement across applications and infrastructure
- Maintain database systems: design, query optimization, and administration
- Ensure technical support, upgrades, and end-user enablement as part of IT projects




- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster team growth and knowledge sharing
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with coding standards

Must have skills
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience with CakePHP and Core PHP out of total experience of above 3 years.
- Strong debugging, testing, and code documentation practices
- Proven ability to work independently in agile environments
- Collaborative attitude with cross-functional exposure
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies

Academic and Technical Qualification
- B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related discipline
- Expertise in PHP, MySQL, OOPS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, JOOMLA, jQuery
- Skilled in writing clean code aligned to published standards
- Knowledge of database architecture, design, and performance tuning
- Strong understanding of
