NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a driven and experienced Manager – Wealth Management to lead and manage a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers. The person will be responsible for driving team-level sales and revenue targets, strengthening client relationships, improving team productivity, and ensuring a high-quality wealth management experience for clients.
NThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in wealth management, sales, financial advisory, and team leadership, along with a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

- Lead, manage, andmentor a team of Wealth Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets. N




- Set clear performance expectations, track KPIs, and drive accountability across the team. N
- Conduct regular reviewsof team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and client acquisition. N
- Coach team members on prospecting, client engagement, sales conversations, objection handling, and closing. N
- Identify performance gaps and provide structured guidance and support to improve individual productivity. N
- Motivate the team and create a high-performance, target-driven environment. N

nSales & Business Growth

- Own the overall team acquisition, revenue, and AUM targets. N
- Monitor the sales funnel from lead generation and prospecting through onboarding and conversion. N
- Review pipeline qualityand ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management. N
- Drive opportunities forcross-selling and upselling products such as PMS and increased portfolio allocations.
