Description
Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant for its Cloud Development – Delivery team. You will design, develop, and integrate core Java services within SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP API Management, leveraging up-to-date cloud technologies, IaC, and DevOps practices to enable seamless enterprise integration on‑premises and in the cloud.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Java‑based microservices for SAP API Management and Integration Suite.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell to streamline deployment pipelines.
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenStack.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define API security, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Implement CI/CD workflows with Jenkins or Concourse, ensuring reliable and repeatable releases.
- Monitor application performance and availability using Dynatrace and other observability tools.
- Provide technical guidance on Cloud Foundry and DevOps best practices to junior engineers.




- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in multi‑cloud environments.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Java development expertise.
- Deep understanding of cloud concepts, multi‑cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack).
- Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Hands‑on experience with Ansible and Terraform for configuration and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Business Accelerator Hub, and SAP API Management.
- Knowledge of Cloud Foundry, containerization, and basic DevOps principles.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.
