KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation & Benefits:
o Create annual budgets as per the timelines and monitor reports
o Ensure compliance and timely processing of payroll, oversees automation of payroll processes
o Conducts benchmarking studies of Benefits in the retail industry and recommend best practices. Employee wellness and welfare practices to be implemented
o Conduct annual benchmarking exercise for Benefits portfolio
o Manage ESOPs, Payroll, Flexi-Benefits and Sales incentive structures
Business Partnering
o Oversee the entire team of HR Business partners, ensure that they understand business needs and sets up a regular review process. Defines entire entry to exit cycle and ensure adherence to process and guidelines
o Address escalations and employee grievances
Talent Management & Engagement
o Identify critical talent, deploy best retention practices
o Strategize engagement calendar and reviews regularly the effectiveness, regularly conduct employee engagement surveys
o Ensure timely implementation of Performance management process
o Oversee rewards & recognition portfolio.

Statutory Compliances

o Address vendor and other grievances
MIS:
o Create and oversee budgets and expenditure and monitor on a periodic basis
o Create dashboards, monthly, quarterly and daily productivity reports and other trackers
Employer Branding
o Ensure that consistent efforts are being made to be the Employer of choice along with other teams
o Participate in retail forums and networking events to understand the industry and talent demands better
o Participate in HR and other Award forums like Outstanding Place to Work and oversee award applications
o Manage external communication with third parties, vendors, PR etc.
