Job Description
We are looking for a Testing Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing practices. This role requires a deep understanding of testing frameworks, agile processes, and hands-on experience in designing test strategies and managing the testing phase based on business requirements.

 Minimum 1-3 years of experience testing custom web applications or CRM applications.
 Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross team
members to ensure product quality.
 Experience of various types of testing like functional, smoke, exploratory, sanity, regression, retesting etc.
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 Experience in software test cycle and experience of testing API webservices and database testing.
 Must have E2E test experience developing test strategy, test plan and test cases.
 Experience in test execution, defect management, test reporting, supporting defect.




 Experience in Agile/Scrum/ticket-driven process and continuous integration.
 Own responsibility for end-to-end product quality including defect management and oversight, status
reporting and metrics creation, and escalation for issues discovered during the testing phases.
 Assist the project team in identifying and monitoring project testing risks and issues.
 Experience in assessment and planning of test efforts for recent functional and features.
 Understand and follow compliance requirements with established testing procedures and methodologies.
 High level of proficiency in analyzing requirements and impact analysis.
 Ability to prioritize workload to meet project goals within tight deadlines.

Desired Skills
 Should have testing worked experience on Web application.
 Ability to understand the business processes and technical design for QA purposes.
 Should have sound knowledge and understanding of QA
