For Experience Skilled Candidates with 3–4 years of experience in electronic components soldering Budget - 22000 CTC
7. Job Overview:
For A semi-skilled manufacturing role with a preference for candidates with a manufacturing background and basic computer knowledge involves performing routine production tasks, operating fundamental machinery, and utilizing basic digital tools for documentation and process monitoring.
8. Responsibilities:
* Machine Operation: Operating and monitoring semi-automatic or basic production machinery, ensuring they run efficiently and reporting any malfunctions.
* Production & Assembly: Performing tasks on an assembly line, which may involve manual assembly of components based on established procedures and guidelines.
* Quality Control: Conducting routine quality checks, inspecting finished products for defects, and ensuring they meet specified standards.
* Material Handling:



Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials and moving finished products or inventory within the facility, potentially using basic lifting equipment.
* Documentation & Reporting: Using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems) to log production data, input inventory information, and maintain records.
* Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: A previous background in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
* Computer Literacy: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or data entry systems, for recording information.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, valuable communication
