The role is mainly for PLC/automation maintenance in a manufacturing environment. The person should be able to troubleshoot automation systems, handle machine breakdowns, support commissioning, and reduce downtime.

Mandatory / Must-Have
- PLC programming & troubleshooting — Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Omron, as applicable
- Experience/knowledge of PLC maintenance in a manufacturing or automation environment
- Troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo and SCADA
- HMI configuration
- VFD / Servo drive handling
- Industrial networking knowledge: Profibus / Profinet / Ethernet IP
- Ability to read and modify electrical/control panels
- Troubleshooting of sensors, actuators, encoders, relays and control panels
- Exposure to preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance
- Ability to perform online/offline fault analysis
- Understanding of wiring, earthing and panel safety
- Documentation discipline and knowledge of ISO / IATF 16949
- Solid problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and team coordination

Preferred, not mandatory
- Experience/knowledge in Automotive / EV / Battery manufacturing plants
