Senior Manager, Quality Engineering – Automation, AI & Performance
Location: India – Remote
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering to lead our automation, AI-enabled testing, and performance engineering initiatives. You will build and develop a high-performing QE team, define the automation strategy, introduce AI and agent-based testing capabilities,



and strengthen performance and reliability engineering across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality, Automation, and Performance Engineers.
- Define and execute the Quality Engineering and test automation roadmap.
- Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Introduce Generative AI and AI agents for feature-file generation, test creation, automation scripting, test analysis, and other testing activities.
- Establish governance and review standards for AI-generated test assets.
- Provide technical direction for performance, load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Architecture teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
