Job purpose
The Supply Chain Support will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory control,
vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of medical supplies, equipment, and
consumables. The role involves maintaining stock levels, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and
ensuring compliance with procurement policies and healthcare regulations.
Duties and responsibilities
 Procure medical equipment, consumables, and pharmaceuticals as per project requirements.
 Maintain inventory records and track stock levels to ensure uninterrupted supply.
 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and order fulfillment.
 Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
 Ensure quality checks and compliance with healthcare procurement standards.
 Optimize cost efficiency by negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
 Track shipments, deliveries, and distribution of supplies to project locations.
 Ensure proper storage and handling of medical equipment and consumables.
 Process purchase orders (POs)



and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
 Maintain supply chain documentation and generate reports for audits and compliance.
 Support emergency procurement needs to avoid service disruptions.
 Liaise with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
Qualifications / Certifications
 Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
Business Administration, or a related field.
 Experience: 3-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and
vendor coordination.
 Experience in healthcare supply chain management is preferred.
 Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Basic Computer
Knowledge & Good Typing Skills.
Working conditions
