Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. IST

What You'll Do
- Generate qualified Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and discovery conversations with enterprise decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and marketing-generated leads
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities by understanding business needs, timelines, budgets, and decision-making processes
- Clearly communicate our value proposition and align solutions to customer challenges
- Build relationships with prospective clients and nurture future opportunities
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM
- Consistently achieve outreach, lead generation, and meeting-setting goals
Job requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Proven experience prospect
