- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Testing and Quality Assurance for enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
- Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow CMDB, including:
- CI Class Modeling
- CI Relationships
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- Reconciliation Rules
- Data Sources
- Transform Maps
- CMDB Health Validation
- Practical experience validating Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementations.
- Hands-on experience testing Discovery and Service Mapping, including:
- MID Server Validation
- Discovery Patterns
- Credentials
- Discovery Pattern Debugging
- Data Reconciliation
- Strong understanding of CMDB Governance, including:
- Data Ownership
- Lifecycle Management
- Data Certification
- Normalization
- Duplicate Remediation




- Data Quality Controls
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience testing across at least three or more ServiceNow modules, including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- SecOps
- GRC/IRM
- SPM
- Experience testing Scoped Applications and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Experience validating integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP
- IntegrationHub
- MID Server
- Import Sets

- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as:
- Postman
- SoapUI
- Working knowledge of:
