Job Description: Flutter Developer (3–5 Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, while collaborating closely with backend, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for Android and iOS platforms
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive Flutter code
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Work closely with backend developers to define and consume APIs
- Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
- Ensure application security,



scalability, and reliability
- Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem trends and mobile development best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in mobile application development
- Robust hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience building and deploying apps for Android and iOS
- Solid understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
- Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics, etc.)
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
