Key Responsibilities
· Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for financial, banking, and insurance datasets.
· Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate predictive models and NLP-based solutions.
· Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
· Create end-to-end voicebots and chatbots using AI and NLP frameworks.
· Analyze large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model accuracy.
· Communicate findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
· Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
· Experience with NLP and Conversational AI frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, or LangChain).
· Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
· Experience working with financial datasets and understanding banking/insurance domain challenges.
· Familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and model deployment tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
