- Role Summary: We are looking for a MIS cum BPO who has experience in handling international customer through calls, texts and emails.

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities of MIS Executive:
- Strong proficiency in handling multiple tools such as ticketing tool (SNOW), through mails, from calls when it comes to data handling.
- Solid proficiency in handling international customer through calls, texts and emails.
- Experience in live projects that have been in place for at least one year.

Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the analysis.
- Must understand and unpack briefing given by different departments and other key stakeholders.
- Proven proficiency to clearly communicate to the stake holders in the exact manner that is being asked.




- Must think fast under pressure.
- Proficiency to understand requirements of management in terms of how they want the data to be presented.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Points
- Knowledge of ticketing tool, incidents.
- Experience working in retail domain.

Minimum requirements
- MIS With inbound outbound call handling experience,
- Qualification: - Graduate or equivalent
- Ensure customer satisfactions by advising customers on preventative measures, appropriate solutions and configurations which may impact product performance.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience.
