This critical role oversees two teams—the Onboarding team and the Site Design team—responsible for configuring security solutions and optimizing site designs for client success. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process Excellence – Maintain ticketing systems, resolve escalations, and drive operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
???? 8+ years of experience in technical support, network support, or IT helpdesk management.
???? 2+ years of experience managing a team of 25+ professionals.
???? Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with remote teams.
???? Knowledge of network security, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
???? Preferred certifications: CompTIA Linux+, CCNA, CCNP/CCSP (not mandatory).
